We recommend warm clothes and availability of rain gear if light rain is likely. In the event of high winds or rain being forecast, performances will take place in Easton Church. We will issue notice by 12 noon on the day of the performance. This will be done by a note on Southwood Players website and an email where we have your email address.

Our evening performances have always included picnics. Please continue this tradition with tea and drinks. We ask the audience to bring their own folding chairs and rugs, removing all rubbish after the performance. No tables please. The garden will be open for an hour before performances and there will be a short interval.

There will be no access to the house. Assistance can be arranged for wheelchair access.

The performances will all finish in daylight. There will be no lighting to the garden. The only lighting will be some supplementary stage lighting.

A disabled loo will be available beside the house.

This is a private garden, No specific alterations have been made to guard against irresponsible actions that might lead to injury. Visitors attend performances at their own risk. Neither the owners of Wincroft nor the Southwood Players accept any responsibility for injury or damage to vehicles.

There will be collections for one of the charities by bucket at each performance. Your cash donations would be very welcome!
